1. 該設(shè)備機(jī)體上有指定吊裝位，請(qǐng)注意設(shè)備上部吊裝孔位置；

   	2.2設(shè)備調(diào)試前的準(zhǔn)備Preparation     before equipment commissioning

    

    

    

1. BSW08系列伺服壓力機(jī)定位后，通過水平尺調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)備工作臺(tái)面處于水平狀態(tài)；并進(jìn)行下列檢查：After the BSW08 series electronic press is positioned, the wong surface of the equipment is leveled by the level gauge; and the following checks are performed:

※ 電氣連接要合乎電氣安裝規(guī)范；

Electrical connections must comply with electrical installation specifications;

 ※ 設(shè)備接地保持良好；

The equipment grounding is kept good;

※ 按鈕、指示燈功能正常；

The button and indicator light function normally.

 ※ 設(shè)備接通、斷開動(dòng)作可靠；

The device is connected and disconnected reliably;

  ※ 緊固件無松動(dòng)；The fastener is not loose;

2. 設(shè)備準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)：Equipment preparation status:

A．順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)旋開緊停按鈕；

Turn clockwise to open the stop button;

B．將設(shè)備側(cè)邊的總電源斷路器和電箱內(nèi)的可控制電源開關(guān)置于ON狀態(tài)；

Put the main power circuit breaker on the side of the equipment and the coollable power switch in the electric box to the ON state;

C. 點(diǎn)壓操作面板上的“系統(tǒng)開啟”按鈕，接通電源；

Press the “System On” button on the operation panel to turn on the power;

D．電源指示燈亮，此時(shí)設(shè)備即進(jìn)入工作準(zhǔn)備狀態(tài)；

啟動(dòng)按鈕start up button

A：雙手觸發(fā)啟動(dòng)（半自動(dòng)模式）

為確保操作者的人身安全，本設(shè)備將啟動(dòng)設(shè)備設(shè)置為雙手觸發(fā)啟動(dòng)模式，在0.3秒時(shí)間內(nèi)雙手同時(shí)按下啟動(dòng)按鈕，壓裝機(jī)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)并完成一個(gè)工作循環(huán)；

     B：寸動(dòng)啟動(dòng)（手動(dòng)模式）

     進(jìn)入?yún)��?shù)設(shè)置窗口，點(diǎn)動(dòng)“手動(dòng)下”按鈕，壓力頭向下寸動(dòng)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)“手動(dòng)上”按鈕，壓力頭向上寸動(dòng)。

B: Inching start (manual mode)

緊急停止  emergency stop

在任何狀態(tài)下(設(shè)置狀態(tài)除外)作為緊急停止用,在發(fā)生緊急情況下,按下急停按鈕,設(shè)備將處于暫停狀態(tài),設(shè)備無法進(jìn)入下一步動(dòng)作,只有人工逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕,讓按鈕釋放后才能正常運(yùn)行

系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)System startup

   當(dāng)外部電源接通（總開關(guān)閉合）后，點(diǎn)壓該按鈕，設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)電源接通。長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用該設(shè)備時(shí)，請(qǐng)務(wù)必切斷主回路電源開關(guān)（斷路器總開關(guān)）

復(fù)位開關(guān)   Reset switch

設(shè)備在運(yùn)行過程中若點(diǎn)壓此設(shè)備，設(shè)備將慢速?gòu)?fù)位至工作原點(diǎn)。

   	3.2  操作前準(zhǔn)備Preparation     before operation

    

    

3.2.1  周邊檢查Peripheral inspection

 開機(jī)前，檢查壓力推桿下端有效行程內(nèi)是否有障礙物。

Before starting the machine, check if there are any obstacles in the effective stroke of the lower end of the pressure push rod.

3.2.2  接通電源  Power on

接通外部電源，將外置斷路器與電箱內(nèi)斷路器置于ON狀態(tài)。

Turn on the external power supply and turn the external circuit breaker and the circuit breaker inside the electrical box to the ON state.

3.2.3  系統(tǒng)開啟System open

按下“系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)”按鈕，此時(shí)電源接通，系統(tǒng)開啟。

Press the “System Start” button, the power is turned on and the system is turned on.

3.2.4  設(shè)備復(fù)位  Device reset

進(jìn)入操作系統(tǒng)后，按下畫面中的“點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入”，設(shè)備即進(jìn)入初始化狀態(tài)中，電缸慢速?gòu)?fù)位至出廠原點(diǎn)位置。

1.   運(yùn)  行  Running

   初始化完成后，設(shè)備進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)；設(shè)定好相關(guān)生產(chǎn)參數(shù)，按下雙“啟動(dòng)按鈕”，設(shè)備即進(jìn)入運(yùn)行狀態(tài)
