DBR-705：6～12ml/L

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

DBR-705：8～10ml/L

PH：5.3～5.8

溫度 (Temperature) ：85～95℃

時(shí)  間 (Time) ： 1.0～1.5um/ min                         

三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and coolling)

 1.每天檢測槽液中的DBR-705濃度及pH值；并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果及時(shí)補(bǔ)加調(diào)整。處理100m²約消耗DBR-705：0.5～1.0kg。

Analysis the solution conceation of DBR-705 and PH value, according to the analysis results to adjust parameter. DBR-705 of consumption is 0.5～1.0Kg for each 100m² treatment.

 2.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)PH值呈上升趨勢，每班需檢測一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸調(diào)整；如PH值偏低則說明帶入酸水過多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此時(shí)需用稀氨水/稀氫氧化鈉調(diào)整。

The PH value rising when producing, it should measured PH value and used Dilute acetic / sulfuric acid adjusted; the acidic water is brought much the PH value will decline, it need to cool the rinsing water PH value ≥4.5 before dying color. In this case, need to use dilute ammonia water / dilute sodium hydroxide to adjust.

   3.長期生產(chǎn)槽液或多或少會(huì)有沉淀物產(chǎn)生，要定期過濾或倒槽清理沉淀物。

Producing bath will produced more or less white precipitate for a long time, need to filter or reverse the sealing solution.
