液壓閥是用來控制液壓系統(tǒng)中油液的壓力、流量和液體流動(dòng)方向。
二、液壓閥的分類
按功能分:
方向控制閥(單向閥、換向閥)
壓力控制閥(溢流閥、減壓閥、順序閥、壓力繼電器)
流量控制閥(節(jié)流閥、調(diào)速閥)
按操縱方式分:
手動(dòng)和腳踏、機(jī)動(dòng)、電動(dòng)、液動(dòng)、電液動(dòng)等。
共同點(diǎn)
(1) 在結(jié)構(gòu)上,所有的閥都有閥體、閥芯(轉(zhuǎn)閥或滑閥)和驅(qū)使閥芯動(dòng)作的部件(如彈簧、電磁鐵)組成。
(2)在工作原理上,所有閥的開口大小,閥進(jìn)、出口壓差以及流過閥的流量之間的關(guān)系都符合孔口流量公式,僅是各種閥控制的參數(shù)各不相同而已。
電磁閥選型首先應(yīng)該依次遵循安全性,可靠性,適用性,經(jīng)濟(jì)性四大原 則,其次是根據(jù)六個(gè)方面的現(xiàn)場工況(即管道參數(shù)、流體參數(shù)、壓力參數(shù)、電氣參數(shù)、動(dòng)作方式、特殊要求進(jìn)行選擇)。
選型依據(jù):
1、根據(jù)管道參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的:通徑規(guī)格(即DN)、接口方式
1)按照現(xiàn)場管道內(nèi)徑尺寸或流量要求來確定通徑(DN)尺寸;
2)接口方式,一般>DN50要選擇法蘭接口,≤DN50則可根據(jù)用戶需要自由選擇。
2、根據(jù)流體參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的:材質(zhì)、溫度組
1)腐蝕性流體:宜選用耐腐蝕電磁閥和全不銹鋼;食用超凈流體:宜選用食品級(jí)不銹鋼材質(zhì)電磁閥;
2)高溫流體:要選擇采用耐高溫的電工材料和密封材料制造的電磁閥,而且要選擇活塞式結(jié)構(gòu)類型的;
3)流體狀態(tài):大至有氣態(tài),液態(tài)或混合狀態(tài),特別是口徑大于DN25時(shí)一定要區(qū)分開來;
4)流體粘度:通常在50cSt以下可任意選擇,若超過此值,則要選用高粘度電磁閥。
3、根據(jù)壓力參數(shù)選擇電磁閥的:原理和結(jié)構(gòu)品種
1)公稱壓力:這個(gè)參數(shù)與其它通用閥門的含義是一樣的,是根據(jù)管道公稱壓力來定;
2)工作壓力:如果工作壓力低則必須選用直動(dòng)或分步直動(dòng)式原理;低工作壓差在0.04Mpa以上時(shí)直動(dòng)式、分步直動(dòng)式、先導(dǎo)式均可選用。
4、電氣選擇:電壓規(guī)格應(yīng)盡量優(yōu)先選用AC220V、DC24較為方便。
5、根據(jù)持續(xù)工作時(shí)間長短來選擇:常閉、常開、或可持續(xù)通電
1)當(dāng)電磁閥需要長時(shí)間開啟,并且持續(xù)的時(shí)間多于關(guān)閉的時(shí)間應(yīng)選 用常開型;
2)要是開啟的時(shí)間短或開和關(guān)的時(shí)間不多時(shí),則選常閉型;
3)但是有些用于安全保護(hù)的工況,如爐、窯火焰監(jiān)測,則不能選常開的,應(yīng)選可長期通電型。
6、根據(jù)環(huán)境要求選擇輔助功能:防爆、止回、手動(dòng)、防水霧、水淋、潛水。

調(diào)節(jié)閥的流量特性包括理想流量特性和工作流量特性。理想流量特性是指在調(diào)節(jié)閥進(jìn)出口壓差固定不變情況下的流量特性有直線、等百分比、拋物線及快開4種特性。
(1)直線性質(zhì):調(diào)節(jié)閥的相對(duì)流量與相對(duì)開度呈直線關(guān)系,即單位相對(duì)行程變化引起的相對(duì)流量變化是一個(gè)常數(shù)。
特點(diǎn):①小開度時(shí),流量變化大,而大開度時(shí)流量變化小;
②小負(fù)荷時(shí),調(diào)節(jié)性能過于靈敏而產(chǎn)生振蕩,大負(fù)荷時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)遲緩而不及時(shí);
③適應(yīng)能力較差。
(2)等百分比性質(zhì):單位相對(duì)行程的變化引起的相對(duì)流量變化與此點(diǎn)的相對(duì)流量成正比。
特點(diǎn):①單位行程變化引起流量變化的百分率是相等的;
