JR-S04 中溫拋光染色封閉劑

u  產(chǎn)品特性

1.封孔質(zhì)量高，不起粉，不褪色；特別適合鋁氧化拋光料和染色料的封閉處理。封閉后失重≤20mg/dm2

2.槽液穩(wěn)定性好，耐污染能力強(qiáng)，維護(hù)方便。

3.封閉劑消耗量少.

Ni²⁺：0.8～1.5g/l     PH：5.5～6.5

溫度  ：50～70℃      時(shí)  間  ： 0.8～1.2um/ min                       

u  維護(hù)和管理

1.每天檢驗(yàn)槽液中的Ni2+濃度及pH值；并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果及時(shí)補(bǔ)加調(diào)整。處理100m2約消耗JR-S04：0.2～0.3Kg。

2.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)PH值呈上升趨勢(shì)，每班需檢驗(yàn)一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸調(diào)整；如PH值偏低則說明帶入酸水過多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此時(shí)需用稀氨水/稀氫氧化鈉調(diào)整。

3.長(zhǎng)期生產(chǎn)槽液或多或少會(huì)有沉淀物產(chǎn)生，要定期過濾或倒槽清理沉淀物。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

20kg紙箱裝；避光、避酸堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Product Features

u  Maintenance and coolling

1.Analyse the bath conceation of Ni²⁺ and PH value, according to the analysis results to adjust and add; the JR-S04 consumption is 0.2～0.3kg for each 100m² treatment.

2. PH value will rise during production and should be measured regularly. Low PH value indicates too much dragged in acidic solution and should be adjusted with ammonia water or sodium hydroxide. Adjust with Dilute acetic/sulfuric acid if PH is too high. 

3. White precipitation will occur after some time and should be removed.

 

u  Packing and Storage

20kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid acid and alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
