鋁合金噴涂前處理成膜劑

一、開槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)

DBR-801：30～50g/L           

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

Cr6+：3～8g/L

F- : 0.2~0.4g/l

PH：1.8～2.5

溫度 (Temperature) ：20～40℃

時(shí)間 (Time) ： 1～8 min                                

三、維護(hù)和管理 (maintenance and coolling)

1.每天分析槽液濃度并依據(jù)分析結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整，每處理100m2約消耗DBR-801：0.6～1.0kg。

Analysis the bath solution conceation one time a day ,according to the analysis results to adjust.

DBR-801 of consumption is 0.8～1.5kg for each 100m² treatment.

 2.每天檢測(cè)一次槽液PH值，偏高用稀酸調(diào)整；偏低用水稀釋槽液。

The PH value of the bath need to detection every wong time, when it is high, use the hydrofluoric acid to adjust, when the PH value is low, adjust with sodium hydroxide. .

 3.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)如處理時(shí)間延長且補(bǔ)加DBR-801效果仍不理想，建議更新部分槽液。

When dipping time extended or added more DBR-801, the coating the coating surface is still not satisfactory, we suggested update some of solution of tank.

 4.不生產(chǎn)時(shí)加蓋槽液以防其它槽液及雜物串入污染。

Covered the tank when stop producing to prevent contamination.
