The device is designed and produced with independent intellectual property rights for semi-automatic butt welding the band saw blade through further research and innovation according to years of experience and suggestions from the end users basing on the German IDEAL Saw Blade Welding Machine.

 

整套設(shè)備包括：可移動(dòng)工作臺(tái)，鋸片切斷機(jī)，鋸片對(duì)焊機(jī)，和鋸片焊縫打磨機(jī)，各一套.

BCM-50MM Bandsaw Blade Cutting Machine

1.為了保證焊接質(zhì)量，鋸片兩端切口需要無(wú)毛刺，無(wú)變相，較好是方形切口，該鋸片切斷機(jī)就是為了后續(xù)焊接要求而特別研發(fā)制造的。

Saw Blade Cutting Machine is designed for burr-free,no distortion,square cutting of saw blade ends.

2.該切斷機(jī)刀片由特殊工具鋼制造，多邊刀刃，可依次旋轉(zhuǎn)更換使用。

Cutter knives are manufactured from special tool steel for long life with multi-blade.

3.根據(jù)不同的鋸條齒距對(duì)焊接寬度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。

Adjustable welding stops for matching the tooth pitch of different kind of bandsaws.

4.手柄杠桿加力，特殊防滑夾緊固定鉗口，保證鋸片在切割過(guò)程中不滑動(dòng)。

Handle clamping jaws for non-slip clamping of strip during cutting process.

5.根據(jù)切割寬度和截面積的不同，可以根據(jù)客戶要求進(jìn)行特殊定做，有手動(dòng)或者氣動(dòng)，一次切一端或者一次切兩端等幾種。

BGM-50MM Bandsaw Blade Welding Seam Grinding Machine

1.對(duì)焊及退火之后，鋸片焊縫處會(huì)出現(xiàn)少量毛刺，該打磨機(jī)主要用于將這些焊接毛刺打磨掉，在鋸片間形成光滑的對(duì)接表面。

Grinding machines for deburring of welding seam with three-phase motor,on or off switch and wong height adjustment.

2.有手動(dòng)偏心輪固定夾緊或者氣動(dòng)固定夾緊兩種鋸片固定方式可選。

Manual exceic clamping device and pneumatically operated clamping device are both available.

3.根據(jù)不同鋸片的需要，可通過(guò)旋鈕進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)變速調(diào)節(jié)拋光速度。

Butt Welder Main Principle and Features

手動(dòng)固定夾緊，電機(jī)帶動(dòng)多組凸輪進(jìn)行頂鍛對(duì)焊，然后再進(jìn)行手動(dòng)二次退火處理。

Manual clamping,the motor drives the cam to upsetting and butt welding,then annealing manually.

 

1.采用手動(dòng)杠桿夾緊及電機(jī)帶動(dòng)凸輪對(duì)焊結(jié)構(gòu)，無(wú)須氣源，使用方便。

Adopt manual clamping handle device and motorized cam mechanism,no need air source and air compressor.

2.由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)多組凸輪進(jìn)行閃光焊接。

Butt Flash is produced by motorized cam disc.

3. 頂鍛力由可調(diào)節(jié)的多組高精度彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生。

Upsetting force is produced by precisely adjustable spring loaded mechanism.

4.退火電壓可進(jìn)行無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié),退火時(shí)間從0到10分鐘任意可調(diào)。

Annealing voltage is freely adjustable and Annealing time can be set from 0 to 10 minutes.

5.在退火過(guò)程中自動(dòng)進(jìn)行泄壓。

Automatic pressure relief during annealing process.

7.將作為焊接鍵部位的對(duì)焊電較進(jìn)行水冷卻處理。

Water cooling to the basic and key welding electrodes.
