◆用于光伏組件鋁邊框的自動(dòng)組框。

◆規(guī)格尺寸自動(dòng)調(diào)整，小組框尺寸500x600mm，大組框尺寸1200x3000mm。

◆隨機(jī)配帶沖刀模具（根據(jù)型材規(guī)格定制）。

◆所有氣動(dòng)元件全部采用進(jìn)口品牌，確保設(shè)備高性能。

◆進(jìn)口品牌控制系統(tǒng)，控制臺(tái)可移動(dòng)，操作方便。

◆組角的液壓壓力可調(diào)整，通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)壓力溢流閥,可以調(diào)整需要的壓力,從而達(dá)到鋁邊框更好的沖壓效果.通常壓力在0Mpa—15Mpa范圍即可.

◆采用液壓缸、液壓導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)、刀座、汽缸為整體結(jié)構(gòu)，液壓缸體內(nèi)部為缸及活塞，外部與導(dǎo)向系統(tǒng)緊密配合，達(dá)到伸縮自如，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)準(zhǔn)確，維修方便，設(shè)計(jì)緊湊合理，刀、刀座、角塊全部采用數(shù)控設(shè)備加工，確保加工精度，從而達(dá)到液壓壓角的高質(zhì)量。 

◆滑動(dòng)托板采用特殊雙重鎖緊結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，有效防止長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后的間隙存在，確保設(shè)備精度和使用壽命。

◆Sliding support plate adopts special double-locking structure design, it can avoid the interval when wong a long time, to make sure the precision and useful life.
