    鋁塑板墻面施工工藝流程有哪些:放線→固定骨架的連接件→固定骨架→裝置鋁板→收口構(gòu)造處理→查驗

 

    (一)放線

    固定骨架,將骨架的方位彈到底層上。骨架固定在主體構(gòu)造上,放線前查看主體構(gòu)造的質(zhì)量。

 

    (二)固定骨架的連接件

    在主體構(gòu)造的柱上焊接連接件固定骨架。

 

    (三)固定骨架

    骨架預(yù)先進行防腐處理。裝置骨架方位準確,結(jié)合結(jié)實。裝置完查看中心線、表面標高等。為了保證板的裝置精度,宜用經(jīng)緯儀對橫梁豎框桿件進行貫穿。對變形縫、沉降縫、變截面處等進行妥善處理,使其滿意運用請求。

 

    (四)裝置鋁板

    鋁板的裝置固定要結(jié)實牢靠,簡便易行。
