Descriptions

恒瑞陶瓷纖維板是采用恒瑞陶瓷纖維散棉加入少量結(jié)合劑，用真空成型法制成，即使在高溫加熱后也保持良好的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，有1050℃、1260℃、1350℃、1430℃、1600℃、1700℃幾個(gè)等級(jí)。恒瑞纖維真空成型品強(qiáng)度高，扛氣流沖刷，可直接作為熱面爐襯材料。

Hengrui ceramic fiber board is made by using Hengrui ceramic fiber bulk and a little binding agent through vacuum forming. Hengrui ceramic fiber board can maintain its mechanical strength after high-temperature heating, and the board includes 6 levels: 1050℃, 1260℃, 1350℃, 1430℃, 1600℃, and 1700℃. Hengrui ceramic fiber board can resist the scouring of airflow for its high strength, so it can be the material of internal linings.

憎水型陶瓷纖維板在需要防水的施工過(guò)程和高水分的工況條件下，有良好的使用性能。經(jīng)過(guò)特定的工藝處理，恒瑞陶瓷纖維板具有良好 的憎水性能。

The usability of hydrophobic ceramic fiber board is really good under the condition of high moisture. Hengrui ceramic fiber board has excellent hydrophobicity after processing by specific techniques.

恒瑞無(wú)機(jī)型陶瓷纖維板采用恒瑞陶瓷纖維加無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合劑，采用真空成型法制成，不含農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系物，在高溫工況下使用時(shí)純凈氣體揮發(fā)。

   Hengrui inorganic ceramic fiber board is made by using Hengrui ceramic fiber bulk and inorganic binding agent through vacuum forming. When using the board under the circumstance of high temperature, the pollution gas will not be generated.
