鋁帶（Aluminium strip/Aluminum strip）是鋁錠經(jīng)壓軋得到的鋁卷成品，然后根據(jù)用途需要，經(jīng)過縱剪機組分切成所需寬度的鋁帶、鋁條。

基本上各個牌號的合金狀態(tài)都可以制作加工成鋁帶，其中常用的合號有1050、1060、1070、1100、3003、3004、5005、5052、8011等。常用狀態(tài)有O態(tài)和H態(tài)等。O表示軟態(tài)，H表示硬態(tài)。O和H后面可以用數(shù)字表示軟硬程度，及退火程度。

鋁帶具體用途主要有：變壓器鋁帶（變壓器鋁箔）、高頻焊接中空鋁條用鋁帶、翅片散熱器用鋁帶、電纜用鋁帶、沖壓用鋁帶、鋁邊條用鋁帶等。

鋁帶的用途

1060 要求抗蝕性與成形性均高的場合，但對強度要求不高，化工設備是其典型用途

1100 用于加工需要有良好的成形性和高的抗蝕性但不要求有高強度的零件部件，例如化工產(chǎn)品、食品工業(yè)裝置與貯存容器、薄板加工件、深拉或旋壓凹形器皿、焊接零部件、熱交換器、印刷板、銘牌、反光器具

3004 板材，厚板，拉伸管。擠壓管只要用于全鋁易拉罐罐身，要求要比3003合金更高的零部件，化工產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)與儲存裝置，薄板加工件，建筑擋板，電纜管道，下水道，各種燈具零部件。

3003 板.帶材。箔材。厚板，拉伸管。擠壓管。型。棒。線材。冷加工棒材，冷加工線材，鉚釘線材，鍛件，箔材，散熱片料主要用于加工需要良好的成型性能，高的抗蝕性能，或可焊性好的零部件，或既要求有這些性能的有需要比1***系合金強度高的工件，如運輸液體的槽和罐，壓力罐，儲存裝置，熱交換器，化工設備，飛機油箱，油路導管，反光板，廚房設備，洗衣機缸體，鉚釘，焊絲。

5052 此合金有良好的成形加工性能、抗蝕性、可燭性、疲勞強度與中等的靜態(tài)強度，用于制造飛機油箱、油管，以及交通車輛、船舶的鈑金件，儀表、街燈支架與鉚釘、五金制品等

鋁帶的加工工藝

鋁帶是經(jīng)過鋁卷分切加工形成的鋁深加工產(chǎn)品。在工業(yè)上是重要的原材料。

根據(jù)鋁帶含有的合金原屬不同，鋁帶和鋁板相同也分為8大系列。不過目前常用的系列為1000，3000，5000和8000系列。

根據(jù)鋁帶的退火狀態(tài)不同，鋁帶又可以分為全軟（o態(tài)）半硬（H24）全硬（h18）。目前常用的應該屬于全軟系列的，因為O態(tài)比較容易拉伸，折彎。

鋁帶的主要加工設備是分條機組，可以根據(jù)需要分為需要的長度，寬度。當然分條加工的設備是通用的，也可以對銅卷進行加工，加工出來的產(chǎn)品稱為銅帶。

目前國際上對于電子產(chǎn)品的原材料不再純粹依賴銅帶，由于鋁的導電性能僅僅低于銅，所以鋁帶替代銅帶正在成為國際上的一種流行趨勢。
