親水箔的特性、用途

親水鋁箔是對鋁箔進(jìn)行親水處理，通過特殊工藝處理，在其表面覆膜一層親水層，冷凝水在親水鋁箔上會迅速散開，不會凝結(jié)成水珠，增大熱交換面積，加快制冷制熱速度，還有效避免冷凝水阻礙空氣流動而產(chǎn)生的噪音。
親水鋁箔是家用空調(diào)換熱片的主要原材料，對空調(diào)器的效率有著極大影響。如果換熱器的原材料為親水鋁箔，能使制冷效率提高 5％，還具有防腐蝕和防霉菌，無異味的功能，不會造成水珠的積 聚堵塞影響換熱。鋁板帶國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB/T 3880-2006)，適用于鋁合金板帶材料的統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。GB/T3880-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定厚度0.2毫米一下的稱為鋁箔。
二、親水涂層鋁箔產(chǎn)品特征
1、優(yōu)良的親水性和抗腐蝕能力； 2、良好的成形性及對模具不磨損性； 3、極強(qiáng)的耐沖壓油性、耐溶性、抗熱性； 4、氣流阻力小，熱交換率一般可提高10%-15%。

三、親水鋁箔應(yīng)用
