●本機(jī)用于鋁門窗、幕墻型材的切割下料。

●兩鋸頭可以45°、90°、67.5°(22.5°)自由轉(zhuǎn)換。

●切割尺寸通過高精度滾珠絲杠控制，傳動精度高定位準(zhǔn)確，右鋸頭可自動移動到達(dá)設(shè)定的位置。右機(jī)頭可自動送料，實現(xiàn)角碼和型材的切割。

●采用全套日本數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，包括PLC、伺服電機(jī)、伺服驅(qū)動器、觸摸屏、光電開關(guān)、開關(guān)電源等，使操作簡單、使用穩(wěn)定可靠。

●氣液阻尼缸實現(xiàn)進(jìn)給速度均勻，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。

●鋸片進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口直線導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動副，精度高，穩(wěn)定性好。
