變壓吸附制氮機(jī)的工作原理：

是七十年代發(fā)展的一種新的氣體分離技術(shù)，它是以空氣為原料，利用一種高效能、高選擇的固體吸附劑對(duì)氮和氧的選擇性吸附的性能把空氣中的氮和氧分離出來(lái)。碳分子篩對(duì)氮和氧的分離作用主要是基于這兩種氣體在碳分子篩表面的擴(kuò)散速率不同，較小直徑的氣體（氧氣）擴(kuò)散較快，較多進(jìn)入分子篩固相。這樣氮就得到濃縮富集，實(shí)現(xiàn)氮氧分離。一段時(shí)間后，分子篩對(duì)氧的吸附達(dá)到平衡，根據(jù)碳分子篩在不同壓力下對(duì)吸附氣體的吸附量不同的特性，降低壓力使碳分子篩解除對(duì)氧的吸附，這一過(guò)程稱為再生。系統(tǒng)設(shè)置兩個(gè)吸附塔，一塔吸附產(chǎn)氮，一塔吸附再生，利用進(jìn)口PLC控制循環(huán)交替，從而獲得連續(xù)的高純度氮?dú)狻?/p>
