柱塞泵（piston pump，plunger pump）屬于容積式泵，往復(fù)泵。柱塞泵通過(guò)柱塞在柱塞缸體中作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，造成柱塞缸體中密封容積的變化而產(chǎn)生的壓力差而使流體介質(zhì)進(jìn)行工作。改變柱塞的工作行程就可以控制柱塞泵流量的大小。Plunger pump belongs to displacement pump, reciprocating pump. 變量柱塞泵的工作原理：變量柱塞泵是往復(fù)泵的一種，屬于體積泵，其柱塞靠泵軸的偏心轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)，往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，其吸入和排出閥都是單向閥。當(dāng)柱塞外拉時(shí)，工作室內(nèi)壓力降低，出口閥關(guān)閉，低于進(jìn)口壓力時(shí)，進(jìn)口閥打開(kāi)，液體進(jìn)入；柱塞內(nèi)推時(shí)，工作室壓力升高，進(jìn)口閥關(guān)閉，高于出口壓力時(shí)，出口閥打開(kāi)，液體排出。當(dāng)傳動(dòng)軸帶動(dòng)缸體旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，斜盤(pán)將柱塞從缸體中拉出或推回，完成吸排油過(guò)程。柱塞與缸孔組成的工作容腔中的油液通過(guò)配油盤(pán)分別與泵的吸、排油腔相通。變量機(jī)構(gòu)用來(lái)改變斜盤(pán)的傾角，通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)斜盤(pán)的傾角可改變泵的排量。

①使用壓力高，額定壓力高。柱塞泵的工作壓力一般為20-40MPa，較大可達(dá)1000MPa。

②容易進(jìn)行變量。通過(guò)改變柱塞的行程和改變泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，容易實(shí)現(xiàn)單向或雙向變量.

③有較寬的轉(zhuǎn)速范圍。設(shè)計(jì)上可以選用不同的柱塞肖徑或數(shù)量，因此可得到不同的流量。

④傳輸?shù)墓β蚀�，壽命長(zhǎng)。
