進(jìn)口離心油泵工作原理:Wong principle of imported ceifugal oil pump:

葉輪安裝在泵殼內(nèi)，并緊固在泵軸上，泵軸由電機(jī)直接帶動。泵殼中點(diǎn)有一液體吸入與吸入管連接。液體經(jīng)底閥6和吸入管進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)。泵殼上的液體排出口與排出管連接。在離心泵啟動前，泵殼內(nèi)灌滿被輸送的液體；啟動后，啟動后，葉輪由軸帶動高速轉(zhuǎn)動，葉片間的液體也必須隨著轉(zhuǎn)動。在離心力的作用下，液體從葉輪中心被拋向外緣并獲得能量，以高速離開葉輪外緣進(jìn)入蝸形泵殼。

離心油泵的主要過流部件有吸水室、葉輪和壓水室。吸水室位于葉輪的進(jìn)水口前面，起到把液體引向葉輪的作用；壓水室主要有螺旋形壓水室(蝸殼式)、導(dǎo)葉和空間導(dǎo)葉三種形式；葉輪是泵的較重要的工作元件，是過流部件的心臟，葉輪由蓋板和中間的葉片組成。
