葉片泵轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，葉片在離心力和壓力油的作用下，尖部緊貼在定子內(nèi)表面上。這樣兩個(gè)葉片與轉(zhuǎn)子和定子內(nèi)表面所構(gòu)成的工作容積，先由小到大吸油后再由大到小排油，葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)一周時(shí)，完成一次吸油與排油。不受其它橫向作用力。轉(zhuǎn)于裝在配流軸上。位于轉(zhuǎn)子中的徑向布置的柱塞，通過(guò)靜壓平衡的滑靴緊貼著偏心行程定子。柱塞與滑靴球鉸相連，并通過(guò)卡簧鎖定。二個(gè)保持環(huán)將滑靴卡在行程定子上。   軸向柱塞泵是活塞或柱塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)方向與缸體中心軸平行的柱塞泵。

系統(tǒng)發(fā)熱降低，液壓元件使用壽命延長(zhǎng)。比例變量系統(tǒng)幾乎無(wú)節(jié)流、溢流損失，系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)發(fā)熱大大減少。不僅可節(jié)省冷卻水之消耗，低油溫使密封元件壽命大大提高；

 

 

進(jìn)口葉片泵工作原理：

它的作用原理和單作用葉片泵相似，不同之處只在于定子表面是由兩段長(zhǎng)半徑圓弧、兩段短半徑圓弧和四段過(guò)渡曲線八個(gè)部分組成，且定子和轉(zhuǎn)子是同心的。在圖示轉(zhuǎn)子順時(shí)針?lè)较蛐�轉(zhuǎn)的情況下，密封工作腔的容積在左上角和右下角處逐漸加大，為吸油區(qū)，在左下角和右上角處逐漸減小，為壓油區(qū)；吸油區(qū)和壓油區(qū)之間有一段封油區(qū)把它們隔開(kāi)。這種泵的轉(zhuǎn)子每轉(zhuǎn)一轉(zhuǎn)，每個(gè)密封工作腔完成吸油和壓油動(dòng)作各兩次，所以稱(chēng)為雙作用葉片泵。泵的兩個(gè)吸油區(qū)和兩個(gè)壓油區(qū)是徑向?qū)ΨQ(chēng)的，作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的液壓力徑向平衡，所以又稱(chēng)為平衡式葉片泵。
