取決于蒸發(fā)工序和結(jié)晶工序設(shè)備的布置，以下安裝圖表中僅列出各種型號循環(huán)泵中配一種電機的尺寸，根據(jù)用戶所需的流量、揚程、轉(zhuǎn)速和介質(zhì)的比重，我廠將配用不同的電機，安裝尺寸將有局部變動（泵部分尺寸不變），本廠將針對具體工程項目提供正式的循環(huán)泵安裝尺寸圖。
1、 直聯(lián)型
    循環(huán)泵與電機通過撓性聯(lián)軸器直聯(lián)，安裝在公用底座上。
2、 皮帶傳動型
    循環(huán)泵和電動機用三角皮帶傳動，易于調(diào)節(jié)泵的性能參數(shù)。
3、 彈性泵底座
    在公用地坐下方設(shè)置可調(diào)負(fù)荷式彈簧盒，可用直聯(lián)型和皮帶傳動型。

 

進(jìn)口蒸發(fā)循環(huán)泵工作原理：

蒸發(fā)循環(huán)泵輸送液體不是依靠葉輪對液體的離心力，而是利用旋轉(zhuǎn)葉輪葉片的推力使被輸送的液體沿泵軸方向流動。當(dāng)泵軸由電動機帶動旋轉(zhuǎn)后，由于葉片與泵軸軸線有一定的螺旋角，所以對液體產(chǎn)生推力(或叫升力)，將液體推出從而沿排出管排出。當(dāng)液體被推出后，原來位置便形成局部真空，外面的液體在大氣壓的作用下，將沿進(jìn)口管被吸入葉輪中。只要葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，泵便能不斷地吸入和排出液體。
