裝載機(jī)液壓行走系統(tǒng)

HST裝載機(jī)是全液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械,行走和工作裝置可實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合控制。目前,新開(kāi)發(fā)的小型裝載機(jī)幾乎已高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用HST,并有向大型裝載機(jī)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。與傳統(tǒng)的液力機(jī)械裝載機(jī)相比,具有很大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。

 

TM和HST分析比較

1.裝載機(jī)作業(yè)特點(diǎn):

(1)邊行走邊作業(yè),移動(dòng)中進(jìn)行作業(yè),行走裝置和工作裝置同時(shí)動(dòng)作;

(2)循環(huán)作業(yè),頻繁地起步、前進(jìn)、后退,不斷地加減速;

(3)掘削時(shí)低速大驅(qū)動(dòng)力,轉(zhuǎn)移時(shí)在路上需高速行駛,所需驅(qū)動(dòng)力和速度變化范圍廣。

2. TM的缺點(diǎn):

T/M是變矩器加動(dòng)力換檔變速箱,基本上適應(yīng)裝載機(jī)作業(yè)特點(diǎn)。因此在裝載機(jī)上廣泛采用。但存在以下不足:

(1)作業(yè)時(shí)經(jīng)常在低速大驅(qū)動(dòng)力下工作,此時(shí)變矩器效率較低,油耗大;

(2)切入鏟土?xí)r,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)負(fù)荷大轉(zhuǎn)速降低,不能充分利用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率,作業(yè)效率低;

作業(yè)裝置和行走裝置同時(shí)工作時(shí),很難使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制在大功率點(diǎn)工作,主要是行走變矩器輸出功率難控制調(diào)節(jié),過(guò)去曾采用滑差式離合器來(lái)進(jìn)行功率調(diào)節(jié),但功率損失大。

(3)變矩器變速范圍小,因此必須采用動(dòng)力換檔變速箱,作業(yè)時(shí)需頻繁換檔(每小時(shí)高達(dá)1000次)司機(jī)勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,現(xiàn)采用電操縱和微機(jī)控制自動(dòng)換檔,價(jià)格較貴。

HST的優(yōu)點(diǎn):

(1)液壓傳動(dòng)元件位置單獨(dú),布置方便。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:

1)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)布置在車輛后部可代替平衡重。在確保穩(wěn)定性前提下,可降低車重,與相同等級(jí)TM車相比,重量降低約10%以上。

2) HST液壓部件單獨(dú)布置,裝載機(jī)中部沒(méi)有大部件,空地大,可設(shè)計(jì)選取合適的軸距和大的折腰角度,軸距減小,使轉(zhuǎn)向半徑減小。

3) HST動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)裝置系統(tǒng),布置位置可放低,使整機(jī)重心位置降低,提高穩(wěn)定性。

4)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)布置在后部,維修保養(yǎng)方便。

(2) HST在全車速范圍內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)變速。其發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率利用率好。HST傳動(dòng)綜合效率比T/M傳動(dòng)高,油耗較低。

(3) HST行走只需操縱油門踏板就能自動(dòng)變速,從大牽引力至高車速范圍內(nèi)平穩(wěn)地行走而不需換檔。前進(jìn)后退換向只需操縱手柄(或按鈕)。如果將換向手柄(或按鈕)設(shè)置在方向盤上,那么整個(gè)行走過(guò)程,手可以不離開(kāi)方向盤,操縱輕便容易,好像駕駛自動(dòng)換檔小汽車,對(duì)不熟練的司機(jī)很適合。

(4)行走微動(dòng)性能好。卸載靠近卡車需要微動(dòng)性能。HST車可通過(guò)微動(dòng)踏板,改變變量泵斜盤傾角,使車速平穩(wěn)連續(xù)變化。

(5) HST具有制動(dòng)效果,能防止在坡度上下滑,料場(chǎng)上作業(yè)容易。因此HST車在坡道上行駛,操縱很簡(jiǎn)單,下坡時(shí)放油門踏板,上坡時(shí)踩油門踏板。另外,行駛時(shí)制動(dòng)器使用頻率大大減少,可延長(zhǎng)制動(dòng)器使用壽命,同時(shí)行車安全性提高。

(6)掘起力和行走驅(qū)動(dòng)力匹配好。裝載機(jī)在鏟裝過(guò)程要求行走驅(qū)動(dòng)力和掘起力配合,就如同人工挖土?xí)r手和腳的配合。行走驅(qū)動(dòng)力要求能克服阻力插入料堆。當(dāng)鏟斗碰上大石塊或切入土砂過(guò)深,裝載機(jī)不能前進(jìn),這時(shí)希望輪胎不要相對(duì)地面滑轉(zhuǎn),使輪胎過(guò)早磨損。

掘削取土?xí)r,工作油缸作用力應(yīng)能克服作用在斗尖上的垂直力(鏟起力)和水平阻力(行走插入力)。輪胎驅(qū)動(dòng)力過(guò)大,工作油缸不能使鏟斗掘起,則無(wú)法取土。應(yīng)使行走驅(qū)動(dòng)力和工作油缸力保持恰當(dāng)關(guān)系,需檢出工作油缸負(fù)荷壓;力來(lái)控制HST的油路大壓力(安全閥壓力)。鏟裝時(shí),工作油缸壓力高了,HST油路壓力應(yīng)降低,反之工作油缸壓力低了,HST 油路壓力要高,以保證鏟斗充分切入土砂。HST是全油壓驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)械,行走驅(qū)動(dòng)和工作裝置可實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合控制,使掘起力和行走驅(qū)動(dòng)力合理匹配。TM裝載機(jī)行走驅(qū)動(dòng)功率難調(diào)節(jié),工作裝置和行走驅(qū)動(dòng)功率無(wú)法合理分配實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合控制。

液壓挖掘機(jī)一般由工作裝置、上部車體和下部車體三大部分組成。據(jù)其構(gòu)造和用途可以區(qū)分為:履帶式、輪胎式、步履式、全液壓、半液壓、全回轉(zhuǎn)、非全回轉(zhuǎn)、通用型、專項(xiàng)使用型、鉸接式、伸縮臂式等多種類型。

 

工作裝置是直接完成挖掘任務(wù)的裝置。它由動(dòng)臂、斗桿、鏟斗等三部分鉸接而成。為了適應(yīng)各種不同施工作業(yè)的需要,液壓挖掘機(jī)可以配裝多種工作裝置,如挖掘、起重、裝載、平整、夾鉗、推土,旋挖鉆等多種作業(yè)機(jī)具。

 

回轉(zhuǎn)與行走裝置是液壓挖掘機(jī)的機(jī)體,轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)上部設(shè)有動(dòng)力裝置和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是液壓挖掘機(jī)的動(dòng)力源,大多采用柴油要在方便的場(chǎng)地, 也可改用電動(dòng)機(jī)。

 

液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)液壓泵將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的動(dòng)力傳遞給液壓馬達(dá)、液壓缸等執(zhí)行元件,推動(dòng)工作裝置動(dòng)作,從而完成各種作業(yè)。

 

 

 

機(jī)械手是一種能模仿人手和臂的某些動(dòng)作功能,用以按固定程序抓取、搬運(yùn)物件或操作工具的自動(dòng)操作裝置。特點(diǎn)是可以通過(guò)編程來(lái)完成各種預(yù)期的作業(yè),構(gòu)造和性能上兼有人和機(jī)械手機(jī)器各自的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

 

機(jī)械手是早出現(xiàn)的工業(yè)機(jī)器人,也是早出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)代機(jī)器人,它可代替人的繁重勞動(dòng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)的機(jī)械化和自動(dòng)化,能在有害環(huán)境下操作以保護(hù)人身安全,因而廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造、冶金、電子、輕工等部門。

 

 

 

機(jī)械手主要由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和控制系統(tǒng)三大部分組成。手部是用來(lái)抓持工件(或工具)的部件,根據(jù)被抓持物件的形狀、尺寸、重量、材料和作業(yè)要求而有多種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,如夾持型、托持型和吸附型等。運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu),使手部完成各種轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(擺動(dòng))、移動(dòng)或復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)定的動(dòng)作,改變被抓持物件的位置和姿勢(shì)。運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的升降、伸縮、旋轉(zhuǎn)等單獨(dú)運(yùn)動(dòng)方式,稱為機(jī)械手的自由度。為了抓取空間中任意位置和方位的物體,需有6個(gè)自由度。自由度是機(jī)械手設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。自由度越多,機(jī)械手的靈活性越大,通用性越廣,其結(jié)構(gòu)也越復(fù)雜。一般專項(xiàng)使用機(jī)械手有2~3個(gè)自由度?刂葡到y(tǒng)是通過(guò)對(duì)機(jī)械手每個(gè)自由度的電機(jī)的控制,來(lái)完成特定動(dòng)作。同時(shí)接收傳感器反饋的信息,形成穩(wěn)定的閉環(huán)控制?刂葡到y(tǒng)的核心通常是由單片機(jī)或dsp等微控制芯片構(gòu)成,通過(guò)對(duì)其編程實(shí)現(xiàn)所要功能。
