鋁合金門窗的施工準(zhǔn)備

(1)鋁合金門窗加工前,;應(yīng)對所用材料和附件進行檢驗,其材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所選用的型材形狀、尺寸及壁厚應(yīng)符合設(shè)計和使用要求。選用的附件,除不銹鋼外,應(yīng)做防腐處理,以防止與鋁合金型材發(fā)生接觸腐蝕。

(2)應(yīng)認真檢查門窗洞口的實際尺寸,并根據(jù)土建施工圖核實洞口的實際尺寸與設(shè)計要求是否相符,若有出入,應(yīng)會同土建部門共同處理。

(3)檢查施工工具、機具。

(二)鋁合金門窗的制作方法

(1)斷料。斷料,又稱“下料”,是鋁合金門窗制作的靠前道工序,也是關(guān)鍵的工序。斷料主要使用切割設(shè)備,材料長度應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計要求并參考門窗施工大樣圖來確定,要求切割準(zhǔn)確;否則,門窗的方正難以保證,斷料尺寸誤差值應(yīng)控制在2mm范圍內(nèi)。一般來說,推拉門窗斷料宜采用直角切割;平開門窗斷料宜采用45°角切割;其它類型應(yīng)根據(jù)拼裝方式來選用切割方式。

(2)鉆孔。鋁合金門窗的框扇組裝一般采用螺絲連接,因此不論是橫豎桿件的組裝,還是配件的固定,均需要在相應(yīng)的位置鉆孔。型材鉆孔,可以用小型臺鉆,前者由于有工作臺,所以能有效保證鉆孔位置的準(zhǔn)確度;而后者是因為操作方便。

鉆孔前應(yīng)根據(jù)組裝要求在型材上彈線定位,要求鉆孔位置準(zhǔn)確,孔徑合適,不可在型材表面反復(fù)更改鉆孔,因為孔一旦形成,則難以修復(fù)。

(3)組裝。將型材根據(jù)施工大樣圖要求通過連接件用螺絲連接組裝。鋁合金門窗的組裝方式有45°角對接、直角對接和垂直對接三種。橫豎桿的連接,一般采用專項使用的連接件或鋁角,再用螺釘、螺栓或鋁拉釘固定。鋁合金門窗的組裝質(zhì)量,應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:①門窗裝飾表面不應(yīng)有明顯的損傷。每樘門窗局部擦傷、劃傷,不應(yīng)超過表1的規(guī)定。②門窗上相鄰構(gòu)件著色表面不應(yīng)有明顯的色差。③門窗表面應(yīng)無鋁屑、毛刺、油斑或其它污跡存在。裝配連接處不應(yīng)有外溢的膠粘劑。④門窗框尺寸偏差,應(yīng)符合表2的規(guī)定。⑤門窗框、扇相鄰構(gòu)件裝配間隙及同一平面高低差,應(yīng)符合表3的規(guī)定。

( B) The method of making aluminum windows and doors

( 1 ) broken material . Broken material , also known as " cutting ", is the first step of the production of aluminum windows and doors , as well as key processes. ( 2 ) drilling. Profiles drilling, you can use a small bench or pistol drills, the former due to the table , they are able to effectively guarantee the accuracy of the drilling location ; while the latter is due to ease of operation .

Elastic line before drilling should be positioned in accordance with the requirements in sections assembled , requiring accurate drilling position , aperture appropriate changes can not be repeated in the profile surface drilling holes because once formed, it is difficult to repair.

( 3 ) assembly . The large drawing shapes according to the construction requirements connected with screws through the connector assembly .
