直接式加壓機(jī)構(gòu)，應(yīng)急性能好，焊接速度快
導(dǎo)向部采用磨擦力小的特殊材料，電磁氣閥與氣缸直接連接，加快動(dòng)作反應(yīng)速度，提高打點(diǎn)速度，并可減少空氣流動(dòng)的損耗。
 
任意調(diào)整加壓速度
可任意調(diào)整加壓頭的下降速度，緩和了對(duì)被焊物加壓時(shí)的沖擊，也減少了噪音。
安全、使用方便的高性能氣路系統(tǒng)
過濾杯設(shè)有護(hù)罩，可防止杯子破損時(shí)的碎片飛濺，亦可保護(hù)從外部所受碰撞的沖擊，杯子和護(hù)罩可裝卸，檢修容易。
采用節(jié)水型強(qiáng)制冷卻方式
采用循環(huán)式冷卻水，避免水的浪費(fèi)，大幅度減少冷卻水量。
高牢固強(qiáng)度的機(jī)體結(jié)構(gòu)
