用ASA-VI曲線掃描測試對測試庫尚未涵蓋的器件進(jìn)行比較測試
由于ASA-VI智能曲線掃描技術(shù)能適用于對任何器件的比較測試,只要測試夾能將器件夾住,再有一塊參照板,通過對比測試,同樣對器件具備較強(qiáng)的故障偵測能力。該功能彌補(bǔ)了器件在線功能測試要受制于測試庫的不足,拓展了儀器對電路板故障的偵測范圍,F(xiàn)實(shí)中往往會出現(xiàn)無法找到好板做參照的情景,而且待修板本身的電路結(jié)構(gòu)也無任何對稱性,在這種情況下,ASA-VI曲線掃描比較測試功能起不了作用,而在線功能測試由于器件測試庫的不完全,無法完成對電路板上每一個(gè)器件都測試一遍,電路板依然無法修復(fù),這兒就是電路在線維修儀的局限,就跟沒有包治百病的藥一樣。
