液壓機(jī)工作原理
利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液體壓強(qiáng)傳動的機(jī)械,種類很多。當(dāng)然,用途也根據(jù)需要是多種多樣的。如按傳遞壓強(qiáng)的液體種類來分,有油壓機(jī)和水壓機(jī)兩大類。水壓機(jī)產(chǎn)生的總壓力較大,常用于鍛造和沖壓。鍛造水壓機(jī)又分為模鍛水壓機(jī)和自由鍛水壓機(jī)兩種。模鍛水壓機(jī)要用模具,而自由鍛水壓機(jī)不用模具。
液控單向閥是依靠控制流體壓力,可以使單向閥反向流通的閥。這種閥在煤礦機(jī)械的液壓支護(hù)設(shè)備中占有較重要的地位。液控單向閥與普通單向閥不同之處是多了一個控制油路K,當(dāng)控制油路未接通壓力油液時,液控單向閥就象普通單向閥一樣工作,壓力油只從進(jìn)油口流向出油口,不能反向流動。當(dāng)控制油路油控制壓力輸入時,活塞頂桿在壓力油作用下向右移動,用頂桿頂開單向閥,使進(jìn)出油口接通。若出油口大于進(jìn)油口就能使油液反向流動。
結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理:
錐閥結(jié)構(gòu)的液控單向閥,它可以由液壓開啟而允許油液在閉鎖方向自由流通。
此類閥用于有液壓回路部分的隔離,以避免管路破裂時負(fù)載失壓,或避免執(zhí)行器在液壓閉鎖時因滑閥泄漏引起的爬行或漂移。
該閥的組成主要包括閥體(1) 、閥芯(2)、壓縮彈簧(3)和控制活塞(4)

液壓泵控制系統(tǒng)
力士樂挖掘機(jī)液壓泵控制系統(tǒng)有不同的配置,具有不同的控制功能。
恒功率閥和杠桿式恒功率裝置
恒功率閥是二位三通閥。在彈簧力作用下,恒功率閥處于右位,下油缸壓力油通過恒功率閥回油,在上油缸腔內(nèi)油壓和彈簧作用下油泵向大流量方向擺動。油泵壓力油通過上油缸腔作用在頂桿上,頂桿頂推杠桿使杠桿繞支點擺動,推動A閥向右移動,使恒功率閥處于左位,油泵壓力油通過恒功率閥經(jīng)閥進(jìn)入下油缸,推動其活塞桿,克服上油缸液壓力并壓縮彈簧使油泵向小流量方向擺動。同時由于上油缸活塞桿右移,頂.桿頂推杠桿的力臂減小,使杠桿推A閥的力下降,直至與A閥彈簧力相等,油泵擺角處于新的平衡位置。
這種恒功率裝置通過杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)來實現(xiàn),只要杠桿系統(tǒng)設(shè)計得好,就能實現(xiàn)很理想的恒功率曲線。
油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥為二位三通閥,閥的左端受泵的出口油壓Pp作用,閥的右端受多路閥負(fù)載敏感腔的油壓PLmax和彈簀力FS2作用,此閥的作用是設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)償壓力。流量調(diào)節(jié)閥的作用是使系統(tǒng)壓差OP ( P -PLmax) 保持定值。OP由設(shè)計確定稱為系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)償壓差,是系統(tǒng)各操縱閥的進(jìn)口壓加P與出口壓力Pm ( = PLmax) 之差,各操縱閥在保持補(bǔ)償壓差一定條件下,通過改變閥桿的開口面積來控制去各液壓作用元件的流量。系統(tǒng)通過油泵流量調(diào)節(jié),按司機(jī)操縱閥桿的開度大小,提供所需流量,而且只供給比負(fù)載稍高一點(△P)的油壓。避免了系統(tǒng)的流量損失和過大的壓力損失。當(dāng)彈簧力和閥的受壓面積在設(shè)計時取定后,LRS 油泵控制系統(tǒng)是不變的,因此恒功率閥設(shè)定功率是不變的。油泵流量調(diào)節(jié)閥設(shè)定的補(bǔ)償壓力也是不變的,雖然可以停機(jī)通過調(diào)整彈簧來改變功率設(shè)定和補(bǔ)償壓力設(shè)定,但顯然是不方便和不理想的,但實際挖掘機(jī)工作中需要改變功率和改變補(bǔ)償壓力,這是LRS 系統(tǒng)的不足之處。
裝載機(jī)是一種廣泛用于公路、****、建筑、水電、港口、礦山等建設(shè)工程的土石方施工機(jī)械,它主要用于鏟裝土壤、砂石、石灰、煤炭等散狀物料,也可對礦石、硬土等作輕度鏟挖作業(yè)。換裝不同的輔助工作裝置還可進(jìn)行推土、起重和其他物料如木材的裝卸作業(yè)。
在道路、特別是在高等級公路施工中,裝載機(jī)用于路基工程的填挖、瀝青混合料和水泥混凝土料場的集料與裝料等作業(yè)。此外還可進(jìn)行推運(yùn)土壤、刮平地面和牽引其他機(jī)械等作業(yè)。由于裝載機(jī)具有作業(yè)速度快、效率高、機(jī)動性好、操作輕便等優(yōu)點,因此它成為工程建設(shè)中土石方施工的主要機(jī)種之一。
包括發(fā)動機(jī),變矩器,變速箱,前、后驅(qū)動橋,簡稱四大件1. 發(fā)動機(jī)2. 變矩器上有三個泵,工作泵(供應(yīng)舉升,翻斗壓力油)轉(zhuǎn)向泵(供應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)向壓力油)變速泵也稱行走泵(供 應(yīng)變矩器,變速箱壓力油),有些機(jī)型轉(zhuǎn)向泵上還裝有先導(dǎo)泵(供應(yīng)操縱閥先導(dǎo)壓力油)3.工作液壓油路,液壓油箱,工作泵,多路閥,舉升油缸和翻斗油缸4. 行走油路:變速箱油底殼油,行走泵,一路進(jìn)變矩器一路進(jìn)檔位閥,變速箱離合器5. 驅(qū)動:傳動軸,主差速器,輪邊減速器6. 轉(zhuǎn)向油路:油箱,轉(zhuǎn)向泵,穩(wěn)流閥(或者優(yōu)先閥)轉(zhuǎn)向器,轉(zhuǎn)向油缸7. 變速箱有一體的(行星式)和分體(定軸式)兩種。
林業(yè)機(jī)械是用于營林(包括造林、育林和護(hù)林)、木材切削和林業(yè)起重輸送的機(jī)械。廣義的林業(yè)機(jī)械還包括木材加工機(jī)械、人造板機(jī)械和林產(chǎn)化工設(shè)備等綜合利用機(jī)械。林業(yè)機(jī)械大多是在移動情況下進(jìn)行露天作業(yè),因受自然條件的影響而具有一定的區(qū)域性。營林機(jī)械包括種子采集和處理、林地清理、整地、育苗、中幼林撫育和林木保護(hù)等作業(yè)用的機(jī)械。其中常用的有采種機(jī)、割灌機(jī)、挖坑機(jī)、筑床機(jī)、插條機(jī)、植樹機(jī)等。
