引起液壓卡緊的原因,有的是由于臟物進(jìn)入縫隙而使閥芯移動困難,有的是由于縫隙過小在油溫升高時閥芯膨脹而卡死,但是主要原因是來自滑閥副幾何形狀誤差和同心度變化所引起的徑向不平衡液壓力。為了減小徑向不平衡力,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制閥芯和閥孔的制造精度,在裝配時,盡可能使其成為順錐形式,另一方面在閥芯上開環(huán)形均壓槽,也可以大大減小徑向不平衡力。
