R162211420力士樂導軌滑塊REXROTH力士樂導軌技術(shù)要求:導軌的質(zhì)量取決于它的制造精度和安裝精度,設(shè)計時應(yīng)根據(jù)使用要求,制定出轉(zhuǎn)動導軌的若干技術(shù)條件,下列項目和數(shù)據(jù)可供參考:
兩導軌面間的不平度一般為3微米;
導軌不直度一般為10-15微米,準確的小于10微米。
轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差,對于一般的導軌,全部轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于2微米,每組轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于1微米;對于準確導軌,全部轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于1微米,每組轉(zhuǎn)動體的直徑差不大于0.5微米;
滾柱的錐度在滾柱長度范圍內(nèi),大小端直徑差小于0.5-1微米;
表面光潔度通常應(yīng)刮研;在25?25厘米2內(nèi),其接觸斑點為20-25個點,準確的取上限,一般的取下限。

R162211420力士樂導軌滑塊導軌的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計
1. 滑動導軌
三角形導軌:該導軌磨損后能自動補償,故導向精度高。它的截面角度由載荷大小及導向要求而定,一般為90?。為增加承載面積,減小比壓,在導軌高度不變的條件下,采用較大的頂角(110?~120?);為進步導向性,采用較小的頂角(60?)。假如導軌上所受的力,在兩個方向上的分力相差很大,應(yīng)采用不對稱三角形,以使力的作用方向盡可能垂直于導軌面。
矩形導軌:優(yōu)點是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造、檢驗和修理方便;導軌面較寬,承載力較大,剛度高,故應(yīng)用廣泛。但它的導向精度沒有三角形導軌高;導軌間隙需用壓板或鑲條調(diào)整,且磨損后需重新調(diào)整。
****形導軌:****形導軌的調(diào)整及夾緊較簡便,用一根鑲條可調(diào)節(jié)各面的間隙,且高度小,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊;但制造檢驗不方便,摩擦力較大,剛度較差。用于運動速度不高,受力不大,高度尺寸受限制的場合。
圓形導軌:制造方便,外圓采用磨削,內(nèi)孔珩磨可達準確的配合,但磨損后不能調(diào)整間隙。為防止轉(zhuǎn)動,可在圓柱表面開鍵槽或加工出平面,但不能承受大的扭矩。宜用于承受軸向載荷的場合。

一般情況下,力士樂滾珠絲杠傳動系統(tǒng)都用力士樂 Dynalub 潤滑脂進行初始潤滑后供貨。允許使用脂或油進行補充潤滑,可提供罐裝或桶裝的潤滑脂。在使
用其它的潤滑材料時,要檢查是否與初始潤滑劑相兼容。特殊情況下可提供只涂敷一層防腐劑的滾珠絲杠,可在訂貨編號中選擇恰當?shù)倪x項編號來給予說明。
注意
在機器投入使用之前,必須保證在螺母中已注入所選的潤滑劑。
清潔
可使用各種清潔劑來清除油污并清洗

注意
清潔之后必須立即對所有零件進行干燥處理,然后涂敷防腐層或防銹油 (以防生銹)。一定要遵守相關(guān)法律條例(環(huán)境保護、工作健康和安全等) 以及清
潔劑的說明 (例如操作規(guī)范)。
存儲
滾珠絲杠傳動系統(tǒng)是高價值部件,必須較其小心地處理。為了避免損壞和污染,在即將安裝之前才可以拆保護薄
膜。無包裝時,整個單元必須放置在 V型架上存放。
螺母安裝
預(yù)緊式單螺母雙螺母這些款式原則上螺母安裝在絲杠上,隨絲杠一起供貨。
螺母單元和絲杠不允許拆卸。如果必須拆卸,請咨詢。
提示: 在帶前置潤滑單元的滾珠絲杠傳動系統(tǒng)中,不要將螺母和前置潤滑單元拆離絲杠。
帶標準軸向間隙的單螺母帶縮減的軸向間隙的單螺母可調(diào)式無間隙單螺母
螺母單元需借助于安裝套筒才能安裝至端部加工好的絲杠上。安裝時,絲杠加工好的軸頸部分可作為安裝套筒的定心外圓使用。在類型“00”的絲杠端部上可借助于端面的中心孔“Z”,加裝一個用于安裝的輔助軸頸。安裝套筒的外徑應(yīng)該比絲杠的螺紋底徑大約小 0.1 mm。在大多數(shù)情況下,可以使用放置在螺母單元內(nèi),隨螺母一起供貨的運輸用套筒來安裝。絲杠螺紋的端頭部分必須仔細的倒角,以避免損壞密封件或其它螺母單元內(nèi)的零件。
各安裝步驟如下所述。
拆卸順序與安裝順序相反。必須特別小心謹慎地拆卸,否則螺母、絲杠或者其它內(nèi)部零件可能會受損,其結(jié)果就是導致滾珠絲杠傳動系統(tǒng)的提前失效。
安裝步驟
螺母安裝過程如下:
取下安裝套筒一側(cè)的橡膠墊圈
將安裝套筒和螺母一起推至螺紋的起始位置。套筒必須軸向無間隙地頂住絲杠端部。
小心地旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母,并沿軸向輕推,將螺母旋上絲杠螺紋部分。
螺母單元全部旋上絲杠螺紋后,才可以取下安裝套筒。
