智能化表現(xiàn)在下列方面:
氣動(dòng)閥門有自身故障診斷功能,診斷閥門流量調(diào)節(jié)是否準(zhǔn)確,信號(hào)是否反饋到位;診斷運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的遠(yuǎn)程通信和閥位調(diào)節(jié)等智能功能,使得氣動(dòng)閥門的管理更加方便,故障診斷變得容易,也降低了對維護(hù)人員的技能要求。

氣動(dòng)閥門的數(shù)字通信。數(shù)字通信將在氣動(dòng)閥中獲得廣泛應(yīng)用,以HART通信協(xié)議為基礎(chǔ),一些氣動(dòng)閥的閥門定位設(shè)備將輸入信號(hào)和閥位信號(hào)在同一傳輸線實(shí)現(xiàn);以現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),氣動(dòng)閥與閥門定位設(shè)備、PID控制功能模塊結(jié)合,使控制功能在現(xiàn)場級(jí)實(shí)現(xiàn),使危險(xiǎn)分散,使控制更及時(shí)、更迅速。
智能閥門定位設(shè)備也叫智能閥門控制器。智能閥門定位設(shè)備具有閥門定位設(shè)備的所有功能,同時(shí)能夠改善氣動(dòng)閥的動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)特性,提高氣動(dòng)閥的控制精度,因此,智能閥門定位設(shè)備將在今后一段時(shí)間內(nèi)成為重要的氣動(dòng)閥輔助設(shè)備被廣泛應(yīng)用。
在氣壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中,氣動(dòng)控制元件是用來控制和調(diào)節(jié)壓縮空氣的壓力、流量、流動(dòng)方向和發(fā)送信號(hào)的重要元件,利用它們可以組成各種氣動(dòng)控制回路,以保證氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行元件或機(jī)構(gòu)按設(shè)計(jì)的程序正常工作
控制元件按功能和用途可分為方向控制閥、流量控制閥和壓力控制閥三大類。此外,還有通過改變氣流方向和通斷實(shí)現(xiàn)各種邏輯功能的氣動(dòng)邏輯元件。
近年來,隨著氣動(dòng)元件的小型化以及PLC控制在氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的大量應(yīng)用,氣動(dòng)邏輯元件的應(yīng)用范圍正在逐漸減小。
控制和調(diào)節(jié)壓縮空氣壓力的元件稱為壓力控制閥。
控制和調(diào)節(jié)壓縮空氣流量的元件稱為流量控制閥。
改變和控制氣流流動(dòng)方向的元件稱為方向控制閥。
那什么是氣動(dòng)邏輯元件呢?通過改變氣流方向和通斷實(shí)現(xiàn)各種邏輯功能的元件從控制方式來分,氣動(dòng)控制可分為斷續(xù)控制和連續(xù)控制兩類。
1. 在斷續(xù)控制系統(tǒng)中,通常要用壓力控制閥、流量控制閥和方向控制閥來實(shí)現(xiàn)程序動(dòng)作;
2. 在連續(xù)控制系統(tǒng)中,除了要用壓力、流量控制閥外,還要采用伺服、比例控制閥等,以便對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行連續(xù)控制。
方向控制閥:用來改變氣流流動(dòng)方向或通斷的控制閥。

1. 按閥內(nèi)氣流的流通方向分
按閥內(nèi)氣流的流通方向可將氣動(dòng)控制閥分為單向型和換向型
只允許氣流沿一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)的控制閥稱為單向型控制閥,如單向閥、梭閥、雙壓閥和快速排氣閥等。
可以改變氣流流動(dòng)方向的控制閥稱為換向型控制閥,如電磁換向閥和氣控?fù)Q向閥等。
為了使閥換向,必須對閥心施加一定大小的軸向力
使其迅速移動(dòng)改變閥心的位置。這種獲得軸向力的方式叫做換向閥的操作方式,或控制方式。
通?煞譃闅鈮骸㈦姶、手動(dòng)和機(jī)械四種操作方式。
2. 按控制方式分
手動(dòng)控制:、一般手動(dòng)控制、按鈕式、手柄式帶定位,腳踏式。
機(jī)械控制:控制軸、滑輪式、杠桿式、單向滑輪式、彈簧復(fù)位式。
氣動(dòng)控制:直動(dòng)式、先導(dǎo)式。
電磁控制:單電控、雙電控、先導(dǎo)式雙電控,帶手動(dòng)。
(1)電磁控制:利用電磁線圈通電時(shí),靜鐵芯對動(dòng)鐵芯產(chǎn)生電磁吸力使閥切換以改變氣流方向的閥,稱為電磁控制換向閥,簡稱電磁閥。這種閥易于實(shí)現(xiàn)電氣聯(lián)合控制,能實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離操作,故得到應(yīng)用。
1、電磁操作
用電磁力來獲得軸向力,使閥心迅速移動(dòng)的換向控制方式稱為電磁操作。
它按電磁力作用于主閥閥心的方式分為直動(dòng)式和先導(dǎo)式兩種。
1)直動(dòng)式電磁控制是用電磁鐵產(chǎn)生的電磁力直接推動(dòng)閥心來實(shí)現(xiàn)換向的一種電磁控制閥。
根據(jù)閥芯復(fù)位的控制方式可分為單電控和雙電控。
2)先導(dǎo)式電磁控制是指由先導(dǎo)式電磁閥(一般為直動(dòng)式電磁控制換向閥)輸出的氣壓力來操縱主閥閥芯實(shí) 閥換向的 種電磁控制方式。它實(shí)際上是一種由電磁控制和氣壓控制(加壓、卸壓、差壓等)的復(fù)合控制,通常稱為先導(dǎo)式電磁氣控。
2、氣壓操作
用氣壓力來獲得軸向力使閥心迅速移動(dòng)換向的操作方式叫做氣壓操作。
它按施加壓力的方式可分為加壓控制、卸壓控制、差壓控制和時(shí)間控制。
按控制方式分
氣壓控制:利用氣體壓力來使主閥芯切換而使氣流改變方向的閥,稱為氣壓控制換向閥,簡稱氣控閥。這種閥在易燃、易爆、潮濕、粉塵大的工作環(huán)境中,工作安全可靠,按控制方式不同可分為加壓控制、卸壓控制、差壓控制和延時(shí)控制等。
加壓控制是指輸入的控制氣壓是逐漸上升的,當(dāng)壓力上升到某值時(shí),閥被切換。這種控制方式是氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中常用的控制方式,有單氣控和雙氣控之分。
卸壓控制是指輸入的控制氣壓是逐漸降低的,當(dāng)壓力降至某一值時(shí)閥便被切換。
差壓控制是利用閥芯兩端受氣壓作用的有效面積不等,在氣壓的作用下產(chǎn)生的作用力之差值使閥切換。
延時(shí)控制是利用氣流經(jīng)過小孔或縫隙節(jié)流后向氣室內(nèi)充氣.當(dāng)氣室里的壓力升至一定值后使閥切換,從而達(dá)到信號(hào)延時(shí)輸出的目的。
1)加壓控制是指施加在閥心控制端的壓力逐漸升到一定值時(shí),使閥心迅速移動(dòng)換向的控制,閥心沿著加壓方向移動(dòng)。
2)卸壓控制是指施加在閥心控制端的壓力逐漸降到一定值時(shí),閥心迅速換向的控制,常用作三位閥的控制。
3)差壓控制是指閥心采用氣壓復(fù)位或彈簧復(fù)位的情況下,利用閥心兩端受氣壓作用的面積不等(或兩端氣壓不等)而產(chǎn)生的軸向力之差值,使閥心迅速移動(dòng)換向的控制。
這種控制方式只需一個(gè)控制信號(hào),故得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,可應(yīng)用于各種結(jié)構(gòu)的主閥。氣壓復(fù)位省去了彈簧,提高了可靠性。差壓控制的特點(diǎn)是所控制的主閥不具有記憶功能,且控制信號(hào)和復(fù)位信號(hào)均須為長信號(hào)。
4)時(shí)間控制是指利用氣流向由氣阻(節(jié)流孔)和氣容構(gòu)成的阻容環(huán)節(jié)充氣,經(jīng)過一定時(shí)間后,當(dāng)氣容內(nèi)壓力升至一定值時(shí),閥心在差壓力作用下迅速移動(dòng)換向的控制。
時(shí)間控制的信號(hào)輸出有脈沖信號(hào)和延時(shí)信號(hào)兩種。
手動(dòng)控制
用手動(dòng)來獲得軸向力使閥迅速移動(dòng)換向的控制方式稱作手動(dòng)操作。手動(dòng)控制可分為手動(dòng)控制和腳踏控制等。按手動(dòng)作用于主閥的方式可分為直動(dòng)式、先導(dǎo)式。
依靠手動(dòng)使閥切換的換向閥,稱為手動(dòng)控制換向閥,簡稱手控閥。它可分為手動(dòng)閥和腳踏閥兩大類。
手控閥與其它控制方式相比,具有可按人的意志進(jìn)行操作、使用頻率較低、動(dòng)作較慢、操作力不大,通徑較小、操作靈活的特點(diǎn)。手控閥在手動(dòng)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中,一般用來直接操縱氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。在半自動(dòng)和全自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中,多作為信號(hào)閥使用。
機(jī)械控制
機(jī)械控制用機(jī)械力來獲得軸向力使閥芯迅速移動(dòng)換向的控制方式稱作機(jī)械操作。按機(jī)械力作用于主閥的形式可分為直動(dòng)式和先導(dǎo)式兩種。
用凸輪、撞塊或其它機(jī)械外力使閥切換的閥稱為機(jī)械控制換向閥,簡稱機(jī)控閥。這種閥常用作信號(hào)閥使用。這種閥可用于濕度大、粉塵多、油分多,不宜使用電氣行程開關(guān)的場合,但不宜用于復(fù)雜的控制裝置中。

螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和外觀。
螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的基本工作原理與液壓傳動(dòng)中的螺桿泵基本相同,即利用螺桿嚙合面之間的多個(gè)密閉工作腔來實(shí)現(xiàn)不斷的吸氣和壓氣。 螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)有干式和含油式兩種,螺桿中不含油即為干式,螺桿中含油即為含油式。為了保護(hù)螺桿,目前大部分螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)均采用含油式。由于含油螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)壓縮的不僅是空氣,而且混合著大量的潤滑油,即油氣混合體。所以在含油螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)的螺桿輸出口都配置有專項(xiàng)使用的油氣分離裝置。
油氣分離裝置不同于油水分離器,油水分離器分離出來的是水、油污和雜質(zhì),要排卸掉;而油氣分離裝置分離出來的是清潔的潤滑油,要回收后循環(huán)再用。 由螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)組成的氣源系統(tǒng)通常把空氣壓縮機(jī)、油氣分離裝置、后冷卻器和油水分離器組合在一起,全部安放在方箱中,在方箱外再配置儲(chǔ)氣罐。 由含油螺桿式空氣壓縮機(jī)組成的氣源系統(tǒng)。

空氣壓縮機(jī)的重要輔件——空氣過濾器空,為了防止將空氣中的灰塵和雜物吸入空氣壓縮機(jī),在空氣壓縮機(jī)的吸氣口都必須配置空氣過濾器,它不僅可以延長空氣壓縮機(jī)的使用壽命和維修周期,而且可以使空氣得到一定程度的初始凈化。
空氣過濾器的基本結(jié)構(gòu):空氣從進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入過濾器體內(nèi)后,首先經(jīng)過一個(gè)環(huán)形消聲通道,清理吸氣噪音,然后經(jīng)濾芯過濾.再從出氣口進(jìn)入空氣壓縮機(jī)。為了便于清除濾芯上的灰塵和雜物,過濾器上都安有清理蓋;過濾器的濾芯材料大部分和液壓過濾器的紙質(zhì)濾芯相同
后冷卻器
空壓機(jī)輸出的壓縮空氣溫度可高達(dá)120~180℃,如此高溫,不僅氣動(dòng)控制元件和一些非金屬氣管承受不了,而且高溫壓縮空氣中含有呈氣態(tài)的大量水分和油霧,會(huì)阻礙氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,所以在空氣壓縮機(jī)出口必須安裝后冷卻器,一方面使空壓機(jī)輸出的高溫壓縮空氣冷卻到可安全使用的溫度(通常在40℃左右),同時(shí),在壓縮空氣的后冷卻過程中,可將壓縮空氣中的很大一部分水蒸氣和油霧冷凝成水滴和油滴,使壓縮空氣得到初步凈化。 后冷卻器有風(fēng)冷式和水冷式兩大類。
風(fēng)冷式后冷卻器。它是靠風(fēng)扇產(chǎn)生的冷風(fēng),吹向帶散熱片的熱氣管,為高溫壓縮空氣降溫。
