進口氣動法蘭閘閥是由氣動執(zhí)行器及手動法蘭閘閥組成。氣動法蘭閘閥由于采用雙層氣缸結構，與單氣缸式氣動閘閥相比，提升力加大了一倍。閥門具備緩沖機構，能有效地減速輕了關閉閥門時，活塞下行沖擊而造成的閥板車密封面和閥體密封面的磨損，也能避免閘板卡死的現象。

Imported pneumatic flange gate valve is composed of pneumatic actuator and manual flange gate valve. Pneumatic flange gate valve uses double cylinder structure, compared with single cylinder type pneumatic gate valve, the lifting force doubled. 進口氣動閘閥的定義：Definition of imported pneumatic gate valve:

1、設計合理，密封可靠，通道流暢，流阻系數小。  
2、閘板、閥座密封面用鐵基合金堆焊或司太立（stellite）鈷基硬質合金堆焊而成，耐磨、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、抗擦傷性能好、使用壽命長。 
3、采用楔式彈性閘板或鋼性楔式單閘板結構，中大口徑設置滾動軸承，開關靈活，啟閉輕松。  
4、閥桿經調質及表面氮化處理，有良好的抗腐蝕性，抗擦傷性和耐磨性。  
5、可采用各種配管法蘭標準及法蘭密封面型式，滿足各種工程需要及用戶要求。  
6、閥體材料品種齊全，填料、墊片可根據實際工況或用戶要求合理選配，能適用于各種壓力、溫度及介質工況。
