氣動控制閥的結(jié)構(gòu)可分解成閥體(包含閥座和閥孔等)和閥心兩部分,根據(jù)兩者的相對位置,有常閉型和常開型兩種。閥從結(jié)構(gòu)上可以分為:截止式、滑柱式和滑板式三類閥。

 

(一)截止式閥的結(jié)構(gòu)及特性

 

截止式閥的閥心沿著閥座的軸向移動,控制進(jìn)氣和排氣。圖4.2所示為二通截止式閥的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。圖4.2a中,在閥的P口輸入工作氣壓后,閥芯在彈簧和氣體壓力作用下緊壓在閥座上,壓縮空氣不能從A口流出;圖4.2b為閥桿受到向下的作用力后,閥芯向下移動,脫離閥座,壓縮空氣就能從P口流向A口輸出。這就是截止式閥的切換原理。

下離開閥座,壓縮空氣從P口流向A口輸出。圖4.3b為工作狀態(tài),閥桿在向上的力作用下,閥心緊壓在閥座上關(guān)閉閥口,流道被關(guān)斷,A口沒有壓縮空氣流出。

圖4.4所示為三通截止式閥的結(jié)構(gòu),閥有P、A、0三個孔口。圖4.4a為閥的初始狀態(tài),閥心緊壓在上閥座上,P口和A口通路被關(guān)斷,A口和0口相通。閥的輸出A口沒有輸出。

圖4.4b為工作狀態(tài)。閥桿受力后使閥心離開上閥座而緊壓在下閥座上,關(guān)閉排氣O口,打開P口至A口之間的通道,壓縮空氣從P口流向A口輸出。圖4.4c所示為閥在切換過程中閥心所處的瞬態(tài)位置。此時,P、A、0三個孔口同時相通,而發(fā)生串氣現(xiàn)象。實(shí)際上,對于快速切換的閥,這種串氣現(xiàn)象對閥的動作不存在什么影響。但緩慢切換時,應(yīng)予以注意。

截止式閥的結(jié)構(gòu)決定了其開啟所需的時間較短,但開啟大口徑的閥則需較大的開啟力。因此截止式閥多用于****的閥。需要大流量或高壓時,往往采取先導(dǎo)式的結(jié)構(gòu)。其方法是增加一個控制活塞,先導(dǎo)控制氣壓作用在活塞上產(chǎn)生的較大操縱力,以彌補(bǔ)上述缺點(diǎn)。

 

為了使截止式閥密封可靠,操縱方便,另一種方法是采用壓力平衡的方法,如圖4.5所示,在閥桿兩側(cè)增加了活塞,活塞受氣壓作用面積和閥心受壓面積相等,這種閥稱為壓力平衡式閥。由于初始狀態(tài)時,工作氣壓作用在閥桿上的合力為零,使開啟閥門的操作力大大降低。

(二)滑柱式閥的結(jié)構(gòu)及特性

滑柱式閥是用圓柱狀的閥心在圓筒形閥套內(nèi)沿軸向移動,從而切換氣路。圖4.6所示為滑柱式閥的基本結(jié)構(gòu)。圖4.6左圖為閥的初始狀態(tài),滑柱在彈簧力的作用下右移。此時,壓縮空氣從輸人口P流向輸出口A,A口有氣壓輸出,B口無氣壓輸出。圖4.6右圖為閥的工作狀態(tài);滑柱在操縱力作用下克服彈簧力左移,關(guān)斷P口和A口通路,接通P口和B口。于是,B口有輸出,A口無輸出。

 

滑柱式閥在結(jié)構(gòu)上只要稍稍改變閥套或滑柱的尺寸、形狀就能實(shí)現(xiàn)兩位四通和兩位五通閥的功能。

4.2

方向控制閥

一、方向控制閥概述

(一)操作方式

 

為了使閥換向,必須對閥心施加一定大小的軸向力。使其迅速移動改變閥心的位置。這種獲得軸向力的方式叫做換向閥的操作方式,或控制方式。通常可分為氣壓、電磁、人力和機(jī)械四種操作方式。

 

1.氣壓操作

用氣壓力來獲得軸向力使閥心迅速移動換向的操作方式叫做氣壓操作。它按施加壓力的方式可分為加壓控制、卸壓控制、差壓控制和時間控制。

1)加壓控制是指施加在閥心控制端的壓力逐漸升到一定值時,使閥心迅速移動換向的控制,閥心沿著加壓方向移動。

 

2)卸壓控制是指施加在閥心控制端的壓力逐漸降到一定值時,閥心迅速換向的控制,常用作三位閥的控制。

 

3)差壓控制是指閥心采用氣壓復(fù)位或彈簧復(fù)位的情況下,利用閥心兩端受氣壓作用的面積不等(或兩端氣壓不等)而產(chǎn)生的軸向力之差值,使閥心迅速移動換向的控制。其原理如圖4.7所示,K1為控制氣壓口。

這種控制方式只需一個控制信號,故得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,可應(yīng)用于各種結(jié)構(gòu)的主閥.。氣壓復(fù)位省去了彈簧,提高了可靠性。差壓控制的特點(diǎn)是所控制的主閥不具有記憶功能,且控制信號和復(fù)位信號均須為長信號。

 

4)時間控制是指利用氣流向由氣阻(節(jié)流孔)和氣容構(gòu)成的阻容環(huán)節(jié)充氣,經(jīng)過一定時間后,當(dāng)氣容內(nèi)壓力升至一定值時,閥心在差壓力作用下迅速移動換向的控制。

 

時間控制的信號輸出有脈沖信號和延長信號兩種。圖4.8所示為脈沖閥原理圖,在閥的P口輸入氣壓信號后,A口即有輸出,同時氣流經(jīng)節(jié)流孔向氣室充氣,當(dāng)氣容內(nèi)的壓力上升到閥的切換壓力時,活塞向左移關(guān)斷P—A通路,A口無輸出,即閥的A口輸出為脈沖信號。脈沖信號的寬度決定于節(jié)流孔和氣室的大小。
