進口氣動高真空擋板閥(又稱角閥)是用壓縮空氣為動力，通過電磁換向閥改變氣路方向，推動氣缸活塞上下運動，帶動閥桿上下運動，使閥板開啟或關閉，從而達到在真空系統中接通或切斷氣流的目的。OGD-J型為角通型式，OGD-S型為帶預抽口的三通型式。適用的工作介質為空氣及非腐蝕性氣體。氣動高真擋板閥在真空系統中作切斷或接通氣流之用。該閥以壓縮空氣為動力，通過控制氣動元件來改變氣路方向，執(zhí)行氣缸驅動使擋板閥做啟閉運動。適用的工作介質為空氣及非腐蝕性氣性。
