REXROTH力士樂(lè)比例閥其實(shí)缺點(diǎn)較多:能耗浪費(fèi)大、容易出故障、抗污染能力差、價(jià)格昂貴等等等等,好處只有一個(gè):動(dòng)態(tài)性能是所有液壓閥中較高的。就憑著這一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn),在很多對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)特性要求高的場(chǎng)合不得不使用伺服閥,如飛機(jī)火箭的舵機(jī)控制、汽輪機(jī)調(diào)速等等。動(dòng)態(tài)要求低一點(diǎn)的,基本上都是比例閥的天下了。
一般說(shuō)來(lái),好像伺服系統(tǒng)都是閉環(huán)控制,比例多用于開環(huán)控制;其次比例閥類型要多,有比例壓力、流量控制閥等,控制比伺服藥?kù)`活一些。從他們內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)看,伺服閥多是零遮蓋,比例閥則有一定的死區(qū),控制精度要低,向應(yīng)要慢。但從發(fā)展趨勢(shì)看,特別在比例方向流量控制閥和伺服閥方面,兩者性能差別逐漸在縮小,另外比例閥的成本比伺服閥要低許多,抗污染能力也強(qiáng)!
伺服閥與比例閥的區(qū)別
REXROTH力士樂(lè)比例閥與比例閥之間的差別并沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定,因?yàn)楸壤y的性能越來(lái)越好,逐漸向伺服閥靠近,所以近些年出現(xiàn)了比例伺服閥。
力士樂(lè)REXROTH比例閥,REXROTH閥工作原理REXROTH力士樂(lè)比例閥非要說(shuō)差別,主要體現(xiàn)在一下幾點(diǎn):
伺服閥中位沒(méi)有死區(qū),比例閥有中位死區(qū);
伺服閥的頻響(響應(yīng)頻率)更高,可以高達(dá)200Hz左右,比例閥一般較高幾十Hz;
伺服閥對(duì)液壓油液的要求更高,需要精過(guò)濾才行,否則容易堵塞,比例閥要求低一些。

力士樂(lè)REXROTH比例閥,REXROTH閥工作原理
力士樂(lè)Rexroth比例閥在使用過(guò)程中,應(yīng)注意對(duì)感載比例閥的檢查調(diào)整.當(dāng)感載彈簧過(guò)松時(shí),后輪制動(dòng)力就會(huì)減小,此時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整感載彈簧,但不可調(diào)得過(guò)緊,否則會(huì)使后輪制動(dòng)力太大而失去側(cè)向控制能力,發(fā)生甩尾。正確的調(diào)整方法是.在平坦的地面上使車身落地,車輛空載,調(diào)整感載彈簧,使杠桿與活塞間無(wú)間隙即可.在有條件的情況下,可采用準(zhǔn)確的調(diào)整方法.通過(guò)測(cè)量前后輪制動(dòng)管路壓力,繪制壓力分配特性曲線,確認(rèn)調(diào)整是否合格。

REXROTH力士樂(lè)比例閥當(dāng)左側(cè)受力大于右側(cè)受力與感載彈簧預(yù)緊力之和時(shí)(此時(shí)的壓力為Ps),活塞不斷右移,較后使閥門與閥座接觸而關(guān)閉,將輸入輸出油路隔絕,達(dá)到平衡狀態(tài)。P1若進(jìn)一步升高時(shí),則活塞左移,閥門再度打開,制動(dòng)液流入出油口,使P2也升高。
德國(guó)rexroth比例閥VT-NE30-2X的輸入壓力為零.即.;時(shí),輸出腔的壓力通過(guò)比例閥皮圈凸筋間空酸從唇口泄去高壓,同時(shí),當(dāng)比例閥芯所受的彈簧力大于向右的液壓力時(shí),比例閥彈簧將比例閥芯推回原始位置,使比例閥芯與比例閥皮圈內(nèi)孔完全分離而完全泄壓.此時(shí)輸入輸出壓力為零.隨著輸入壓力.加大,即左加大,使比例滑閥單向力平衡遭破壞.當(dāng)<>&;6-時(shí),比例閥芯左移與比例閥皮圈產(chǎn)生間隙形成節(jié)流并混合比倒閥常見的故障為:1,輸入輸出壓力同步.2,低壓時(shí)輔人輸出壓力同步,高壓時(shí)輸入輸出壓力正常.3,低壓時(shí)輸入輸出壓力正常,高壓時(shí)輸入輸出壓力不正常.,1994.№為零時(shí)為混合比倒圉工作性能試驗(yàn)示意圖.試驗(yàn)時(shí),先將管內(nèi)的空氣排凈,然后分別取低,中,高三個(gè)壓力進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),輸入輔出壓力符合即為合格。
Rexroth力士樂(lè)比例閥奧迪四輪驅(qū)動(dòng)轎車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)在關(guān)閉ABS后,感載比例閥可用于防止后輪的過(guò)制動(dòng)。當(dāng)汽車直線行駛時(shí),兩后輪的制動(dòng)壓力可根據(jù)車輛載荷增減;當(dāng)汽車左轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí),左后輪載荷下降,由于感載比例閥位于左后輪附近,可同樣起作用使兩后輪的制動(dòng)壓力都下降.而當(dāng)汽車右轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí),右后輪載荷減小,汽車的側(cè)向加速度使感載比例閥起作用,降低右后輪的制動(dòng)壓力。這樣的自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)使前、后輪的制動(dòng)力分配和左、右后輪的制動(dòng)力分配都接近理想的制動(dòng)力分配,從而提高了制動(dòng)安全性。
比例控制閥主要用於開回路控制(open loop cool);比例控制閥的輸出量與輸入信號(hào)成比例關(guān)系,且比例控制閥內(nèi)電磁線圈所產(chǎn)生的磁力大小與電流成正比。
在傳統(tǒng)型式的液壓控制閥中,只能對(duì)液壓進(jìn)行定值控制,例如:壓力閥在某個(gè)設(shè)定壓力下作動(dòng),流量閥保持通過(guò)所設(shè)定的流量,方向閥對(duì)於液流方向通/斷的切換。因此這些控制閥組成的系統(tǒng)功能都受到一些限制,隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,許多液壓系統(tǒng)要求流量和壓力能連續(xù)或按比例地隨控制閥輸入信號(hào)的改變而變化。液壓伺服系統(tǒng)雖能滿足其要求,而且精度很高,但對(duì)於大部分的工業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),他們并不要求系統(tǒng)有如此高的品質(zhì),而希望在保證一定控制性能的條件下,同時(shí)價(jià)格低廉,工作可靠,維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單,所以比例控制閥就是在這種背景下發(fā)展起來(lái)的。
比例控制閥可分為壓力控制閥,流量控制及方向控制閥三類。
壓力控制閥:用比例電磁閥取代引導(dǎo)式溢流閥的手調(diào)裝置便成為引導(dǎo)式比例溢流閥,其輸出的液壓壓力由輸入信號(hào)連續(xù)或按比例控制。
流量控制閥:用比例電磁閥取代節(jié)流閥或調(diào)速閥的手調(diào)裝置而以輸入信號(hào)控制節(jié)流閥或調(diào)速閥之節(jié)流口開度,可連續(xù)或按比例地控制其輸出流量。故節(jié)流口的開度便可由輸入信號(hào)的電壓大小決定。
方向控制閥:比例電磁閥取代方向閥的一般電磁閥構(gòu)成直動(dòng)式比例方向閥,其滑軸不但可以換位,而且換位的行程可以連續(xù)或按比例地變化,因而連通油口間的通油面積也可以連續(xù)或按比例地變化,所以比例方向控制閥不但能控制執(zhí)行元件的運(yùn)動(dòng)方向外,還能控制其速度。
