0811404780 力士樂比例伺服閥  電液比例閥簡稱比例閥。普通液壓閥只能通過預調的方式對液流的壓力、流量進行定值控制。但是當設備機構在工作過程中要求對液壓系統(tǒng)的壓力、流量參數(shù)進行調節(jié)或連續(xù)控制,例如.要求工作臺在工作進給時按慢、快、慢連續(xù)變化的速度實現(xiàn)進給,或按一定精度模擬某個較佳控制曲線實現(xiàn)旅力控制.普通液壓閥則實現(xiàn)不了。這時可以用電液比例閥對液壓系統(tǒng)進行控制。

電液比例閥是一種按輸入的電信號連續(xù)地、按比例地控制液壓系統(tǒng)的液流方向、流量和壓力的閥類。它山電-機械比例轉換裝置和液壓控制閥本體兩大部分構成.前者將輸入的電信號連續(xù)地按比例地轉換為機械力和位移輸出,后者在接受這種機械力和位移之后、按比例連續(xù)地輸出壓力和流量.

電液比例閥的發(fā)展主要有兩個途徑一是用比例電磁鐵取代傳統(tǒng)液壓閥的手動調節(jié)裝置或取代普通電磁鐵發(fā)展起來的;二是由電液伺服閥簡化結構、降低精度發(fā)展起來的。下面介紹的比例閥均指前者,它是當今比例閥的主流。與普通液壓閥可以互換。

比例電磁閥的結構如圖5-27所示。比例電磁鐵是直流電磁鐵,但它與普通直流電磁鐵不同。普通直流電磁鐵的銜鐵只有吸合和斷開兩個工作位置,并且在吸合時磁路中幾乎沒有氣隙.而比例電磁鐵要求吸合力或位移與給定電流成比例。并在銜鐵的全部工作行程上,磁路中保持一定的氣隙‘.其結構主要由較靴1、線圈2、殼體5和銜鐵10等組成。線圈2中通電后產(chǎn)生磁場,因隔磁環(huán)4的存在。使磁力線主要部分通過銜鐵10、氣隙和較靴1,形成回路口較靴對銜鐵產(chǎn)生吸力門在線圈中電流一定時。吸力的大小因較靴1與銜鐵間的距離不同而變化。但銜鐵在氣隙適中的一段行程中,吸力隨位置的改變發(fā)生的變化很小。

設計中就使比例電磁鐵的銜鐵在這段行程中工作。因此。改變線圈中的電流,即可在銜鐵上得到與其成正比的吸力。用比例電磁鐵代替螺旋手柄來調整液壓閥,就能使輸出樂力或流量與輸人電流對應成比例地發(fā)生變化。

比例閥用于模擬控制,是介于普通開關控制與伺服控制之間的控制方式,它也特別適合于

設備的革新或改造。使設備自動化控制水平大為提高。其在現(xiàn)代液雌系統(tǒng)中占比例很大口
