變壓吸附氮?dú)庠O(shè)備簡(jiǎn)介:氮?dú)猓伎諝怏w積的78%,以單質(zhì)的形式存在于空氣之中,取之不盡,用之不盡,是無色、無毒、無味的惰性氣體。目前已被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品保鮮、糧食倉儲(chǔ)、金屬熱處理、石油化學(xué)工業(yè)、宇航技術(shù)、玻璃工業(yè)等諸多領(lǐng)域。
變壓吸附氮?dú)庠O(shè)備是近來發(fā)展起來的高效節(jié)能的新型氣體分離技術(shù)。它利用空氣作原料,在有電能的條件下制取氮?dú)狻?span > 國外PSA工業(yè)制氮應(yīng)用是在20世紀(jì)80年代初期,經(jīng)過近30多年研究開發(fā),變壓吸附裝置在降低能耗、降低投資、工藝流程簡(jiǎn)化、提高可靠性方面,都有了很大的進(jìn)步,得以廣泛應(yīng)用。
變壓吸附氮?dú)庠O(shè)備的基本流程與配置:根據(jù)氮?dú)?/span>用量和使用要求,各裝置的流程略有差異,但是基本流程和配置為:空氣壓縮機(jī)→儲(chǔ)罐→管道過濾器→冷凍干燥機(jī)(或其他再生干燥塔)→(超)精過濾器→高效除油器→緩沖儲(chǔ)罐→吸附塔A/B(兩塔流程)→粉塵過濾器→氮?dú)饩彌_儲(chǔ)罐→氮分析儀→用戶?諝饨(jīng)壓縮機(jī)壓縮至0.8MPa,經(jīng)空氣儲(chǔ)罐冷卻至常溫,再經(jīng)管道過濾器油液分離進(jìn)入冷凍式干燥機(jī),流經(jīng)精過濾器、超精過濾器和高效除油器除去油及液態(tài)水到達(dá)緩沖儲(chǔ)罐,再進(jìn)入碳分子篩吸附塔組成的變壓吸附分離系統(tǒng),壓縮空氣從容器底部進(jìn)入后,空氣中氧氣、二氧化碳和水分被吸附劑選擇吸附,其余組份(主要為氮?dú)猓﹦t從出口端流出,經(jīng)粉塵過濾器進(jìn)入氮?dú)饩彌_罐,經(jīng)氮?dú)饩彌_罐后作為產(chǎn)品氮?dú)?/span>輸出。之后,吸附塔經(jīng)均壓、減壓至常壓等過程,脫除所吸附的雜質(zhì)組份,完成碳分子篩的再生。兩吸附塔循環(huán)交替操作,連續(xù)送入空氣,連續(xù)產(chǎn)出氮?dú)狻?nbsp;氮?dú)饨?jīng)計(jì)量及氮?dú)夥治鰞x分析純度達(dá)標(biāo)后進(jìn)入氮?dú)?/span>輸送總管供使用。上述過程,由PLC控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制。氮?dú)饧兌?/span>可高達(dá)99.99%,氮?dú)鈮毫驹O(shè)計(jì)在0.6MPa左右。
在一些新興的材料行業(yè)、電子工業(yè)、集成電路、啤酒飲料等惰性氣體的應(yīng)用也在不斷地拓展新的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。
