About Southwest Market

China West Machine Tool Exhibition(CWMTE)is dedicated to introducing the latest technologies and equipment to the manufacturing industries in southwest region.

■Regionally the Southwest has a population of 180 million and GDP of 7 trillion Yuan.By GDP growth in the first half of 2016,Chongqing ranks top for its 10.6%,followed by Guizhou(10.5%),Sichuan(7.5%)and Yunnan(6.6%).

■Chongqing is geographically important for being the hinge in China's Belt&Road Initiative and Yangtze Economic Belt,as well as for being the start point of Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe International Railway,Southwest Bonded Logistics Center and inland railway portal.

■The manufacturing industries in Southwest include automobile OEM and parts,motorcycle OEM and parts,national defense,aeronautics and astronautics,electronics,IT,railway equipment,shipbuilding,petrochemical facilities and peripherals.
